Mandrile Melis Cuneesi are created according to tradition: the handmade ganache is poured on a chocolate disk, to emulate the gestures of the pastry chef with a piping bag. The poured cream is cooled and finally covered with a crunchy layer of dark chocolate. This craft process makes each chocolate unique in its form.

A delicious kiss with a soft filling in three irresistible variations: cremino, pistachio and dark chocolate. A velvety cream that rests for 96 hours before being revolumized and poured onto the chocolate disk typical of the kiss.
