A praline based on the typical Cuneo chocolate, made by extrusion as tradition demands. A crunchy chocolate shell hides a soft core of dark cream, in a range of flavors: rum, grappa, genepy, amaretto or grand orange. 

Mandrile Melis Cuneesi are created according to tradition: the handmade ganache is poured on a chocolate disk, to emulate the gestures of the pastry chef with a piping bag. The poured cream is cooled and finally covered with a crunchy layer of dark chocolate. This craft process makes each chocolate unique in its form.



“Farfuj” is the new mini pralines line dedicated to traditional Piedmont desserts. Four delicious regional recipes; a gourmet tour through the typical and genuine pastry which represents the identity and cultural heritage of our Maître Chocolatier’s territory.

Thus was born the new pralines line from Mandrile Melis, to enjoy the excellence of pure chocolate.
White, milk and dark chocolates alternate and meet in four combination of taste, creating the perfect flavour for each praline: strong and decisive or sweet and delicate.

Delicious fillings wrapped in sweet cups of our finest milk chocolate. A wide selection of creams created by our master chocolate makers, wrapped in a delicious milk or dark chocolate shell.

Mandrile Melis is also specialized in custom and contract production, even in small batches. We have always created recipes based on our customers’ instructions or using their ingredients: prestigious producers of grappas, wines, vinegars, hazelnuts, sweetmeats and baked products. We are committed everyday to research, so that we can provide the most innovative solutions.

Our laboratory and the experience of our Master Chocolate Makers are at your disposal, and will accompany you through all the steps needed to create a unique product, from developing the recipes right through to packaging.
