A praline based on the typical Cuneo chocolate, made by extrusion as tradition demands. A crunchy chocolate shell hides a soft core of dark cream, in a range of flavors: rum, grappa, genepy, amaretto or grand orange.
Mandrile Melis Cuneesi are created according to tradition: the handmade ganache is poured on a chocolate disk, to emulate the gestures of the pastry chef with a piping bag. The poured cream is cooled and finally covered with a crunchy layer of dark chocolate. This craft process makes each chocolate unique in its form.
