Bonèt (Dark Amaretto)

In Piedmontese dialect it’s pronounced “Bunet” and it’s a spoon dessert of ancient tradition, prepared with the same ingredients used by our Maître to create the filling of this delicious praline covered in dark chocolate.

Praline filled with Hazelnut and Almond Cream.
