Baked pears: a simple recipe handed down from generation to generation, which becomes a creamy filling for a praline with a sweet taste, fresh and slightly acidic, in contrast with the strong character of the dark chocolate coating.
Dark chocolate 29% (Cocoa min. 50% - cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavor); MILK chocolate 42% (Cocoa min.31% - sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY lecithin and sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor); pear cream 14% (glucose and fructose syrup, sugar, pear 15%. Flavors. Acidifier: citric acid. Thickener: pectin); glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, thickeners (carrageenan, locust bean gum), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), 2.5% alcohol.
