Praline filled with Pear Cream.

Baked pears: a simple recipe handed down from generation to generation, which becomes a creamy filling for a praline with a sweet taste, fresh and slightly acidic, in contrast with the strong character of the dark chocolate coating.

Ingredients

MILK chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, Emulsifier: lecithin (SOY), natural vanilla flavor), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, Emulsifier: lecithin (SOY), natural vanilla flavor), pear cream 14% (glucose and fructose syrup, sugar, pear 15%, flavoring, Acidifier: citric acid. Thickener: pectin); frosting [glucose syrup, water, sugar, thickeners (pectins, carrageenan), acidity correctors (citric acid, sodium citrate), preservative (potassium sorbate)], vanilla alcohol.
